Staff at reception is not a smart guy. I gave him my name and booking number but he insisted of no booking at all. I found the manager and he could find it easily from the computer. Moreover, I said that I will pay cash when I check out. That guy said OK but still charge my credit card. I need to ask the manager for refund.

We have stayed here before, then our son was going to have his wedding here so we booked again with several other family members, we all had such a fantastic time, we stay at this hotel whenever we are in Bangkok as it is a good position with a nice pool and friendly staff.
Quality of this hotel has been droped compared to my last stay.
For Thai Baht 1,600/night consider good value for the location in Bangkok, however, there was no breakfast provided, no basic items like tooth brush and slipper etc.....may not be consider is reasonable!
We are a family with 3 small children and we enjoyed our stay very much. We all liked the pool area a lot. The breakfast was excellent. We didn'yt get the correct room when we arrived. We had booked a 2+1 room but only got two beds. However the staff was very generous and understanding and helped us to get the extra bed in a short time. We would have enjoyed buying from the mini-bar but found the prices way too high.
We have stayed four time in the last two years and allways been happy with the hotel standard and the whole experiance. A little out side the city but the Metro is a few minutes walk from the hotel.
