My hubby & our friends had enjoyed our stay at Eastin & Spa Bangkok Hotel. On our arrival, we met the friendly & helpful front desk staff (I think his name is Thitin & emploment no. is 1913 or 1613). He lead us to the hotel lobby for a welcome drink while he processed our check in. When we asked for direction on a map, he even guided us. The room was clean except the bathroom mirror was not clean as I think the previous guest had use finger to draft out some wordings on the mirror. I saw the wordings because of the steam when I stepped out of a good hot bath. It was a bit eerie though. And the service staffs will greet us with a smile which made the stay wonderful. I think they got a very nice couple room in their spa too.

I had a wonderful time during my 2 days stay with my sister. There are lots of nearby shopping area. We are definitely staying in Eastin again when we come to Bangkok. I have told about your wonderful hotel to my family members and my friends.

The hotel is newly renovated with a nice lounge and coffee house. The room is newly furnished with a flat screen tv hanging from the top. The hotel is near to the pratunam area but far away from the main skytrain stations, so the hotel is only suitable if you intend to travel by taxi. The room that we have chosen is kind of small but for the price that we are paying, it is absolutely value for money.

Hotel is going to be closed for renovation maybe what I say about this hotel will be incorrect.
Room was ok in size but very poor with no safe facilities.
Not enough places to put your clothes you are living out of your suitcase.
Gym was very poor equipment but did have a dry room.
Overall the service was very good.
Next time this hotel will be a 4 star so may try again see what it is like.

Found the hotel to be average, breakfast was poor(poor selection for international visitors,more for eastern visitors). Hotel and room has a musty smell(similar to that of wet carpets), no tea & coffee facilities in the room, located walking distance to Indra Market & Indra Square-popular shopping areas, although you need to walk down a dirty,smelly side road to get there(hated that part ). Hotel staff friendly & helpful.

During my short stay, I enjoy the good service, buffet food, good facilities like: big rooms, clean and huge bathroom with huge bathtub, and a very nice swimming pool.
The Hotel is ideal for business travellers, Adventures, family vacations, especially for the Westerners who were curious about Asian people and try to visit it.
Especially, the cost is very affordable for the budget traveller. I really enjoyed in my very short stay, and I will be a loyal customer.
