1. There was only shampoo and soap bar in the bathroom. It would be better to provide shower gel and conditioner as well.
2. Slippers and kettle with tea bag should also be made available.
3. Free shuttles between hotel and nearby BTS should be scheduled more frequently.

As BIN has mentioned, the stay at Eastin Bangkok Hotel was fantastic! Its quite accessible, in a sense we could travel to many shopping malls and seafood restaurants v fast. Hotel service was good too, the staffs were able to assist us fully. The only sad note is that there's no hot drinkable water in the room, and the internet at the lobby seems to have some connection problem. Other than that, the stay was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was good! Spacious area, and the fabulous view of bangkok from our hotel. Definitely the best recommended hotel in Pratunam! =)

Hotel was great, beyond my expectations. room was spacious, even for 3 people and view was fantastic too. what a pity there was no hairdryer or electric kettle in the room. i have to mention that the hotel service is excellent and polite, tending to all my needs. hotel location is abit of problem though, cab drivers waiting outside are always out to overcharge. advice is to walk over to d'ma and hail the cabs over there. overall i rate my 4 nights stay there a perfect 10. would definitely stay there the next time i go bangkok!

Eastin Hotel is relatively close to the main shopping areas in Bangkok and has lots of great roadstall food at night which makes it even better.

Eastin provide the service of comparable to a 4 star hotel.... Will definately go back or recommend frens to Eastin... It is value for money for the price which U pay... One negative thing is if the hairdryer is in the room... that will be perfect... keep up the good service, Eastin...

During my 1 week stayed in early Feb 06, me n my family (5 adults N 2 childrens)are very happy with the svc we had there. Is very money worth. Most importantly is easy to take taxi anytime u need in Eastin as compare to the one i had at Pratunum wholesale place, the taxi driver there always refuse to go in or out of that area after 1600H. In fact, i had recommanded some of my colleage to stay there if they are getting hotel in Pratunum area.
