Not bad
Expected the room to be cleaner. Room lights were dim and the room didnt look that fantastic as in the picture. Safebox not working and no bathroom slippers (we had to ask for it). When asked for recommendation of food nearby the hotel, concierge only recommended their own restaurant. We were going to Wat Pho and asked what are the nearby attractions. Concierge recommended booking the dinner cruise with them where the pickup will be from the hotel. Well we are already going Wat Pho via taxi and so why would we want to return to the hotel to join the pickup for the dinner cruise. Find the service very sales oriented, rather than good customer service.
Wifi would be preferred to be throughout the hotel. We had to go down to the lobby to use wifi on our mobile and yet the network is poor and keeps getting disconnected.
Nevertheless, would like to compliment the other concierge staff Siriphong for his service. He gave us good and useful advice on where to go after we visited Wat Pho. And much more. This is the kind of service concierge should have. Provide feasible advice and not just being sales oriented.
Breakfast variety could be more in terms of taste rather than similar style of cooking. Overall breakfast still ok.
Was given a notice in the bedroom saying that the hotel is doing cleaning services and no visual disturbances will be present, except for spiderman outside the building facade. Could have added on to inform us to draw our curtains as one morning we were shocked to see the spiderman right outside our window with only the day curtain drawn and we were not properly dressed.
Showerhead looks rusty. Cleaning of bathroom could have been better. And certain things like rusty showerhead could have been replaced.
If the above was improved, I would say it is worth for money to stay there.
