Great reservsation service, hassle free! For hotel, service are good & prompt, although room & renovation are not latest but is acceptable as it's value for money. Breakfast is nice with good selection, and serving staffs are friendly.
The staff is quite good and professional. The location of the hotel allows entertainement and easy transportation.
Main drawback are: poor quality and variety in breakfast meal, air cooling

Convienient hotel for everywhere. There is close to market, and subway station which is direct to centre of the city!
Room is big, and tidy, then stuff were kindly. If you see more about luxuary, find some good hotel in Downtown. However, if you seek for reasonable but nice hotel, EMERALD is one of your choice!
This was the second time I have been staying in this hotel. The first time was in November 2005. This is an indication that I am happy with the services and facilities in your hotel. So the possiblility of me staying in your hotel on my next visit will be great. Thank you.
Good value for the price - although it is very convenient to the MRT (a big plus), it is not physically close to the historical heart of bangkok. However there is a vibrant local market behind the hotel in the neighborhood. Very convenient access to and from the airport.
Stayed in November in standard room requested no smoking and king size bed. Room is clean, bathroom is large size, clean and bright. The only complain is that the room seems too dark during day time as there is no lamp for the desk.
Emerald Hotel location is excellent, convenient for taxi to and from the airport. Will definitely stay next time.
We really enjoyed our 3 day stay (June 05) at the Emerald hotel. Staff & service is most satisfactory & we'll definitely stay here on our next Bangkok trip. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Emerald would go even further if they have more rooms for non-smokers 'cause even tho' we req. for a non-smoker room on booking we were given otherwise. However, after a complaint we were given a non-smoking one.
It is affordable, the room is clean in a good location to move around Bangkok. I will recommend my business friends to stay here if they are asking for a hotel to stay.
