The overall view of this hotel is quite fine with some friendly staff who will give you a smile when you walk around the hotel. I think the hotel has to improve in this as it is very importatnt as a image.
We got a very beautiful view over seeing the city and our room was not bad; the only thing is that the bathtub has a long crack about 15 to 20cm long.
I may come to stay again but we hope the next time we come there will be some improvement.
we went there with another 3 family, they gave us the room facing the without view, i thought all the room is the same, after that i got to know thats a different view of room because my friend check in late then they got a nice view bigger space of the room. we all booked with 3 pax per room, the hotel gave us 1 key, which my friend who check in late they gave 3 keys, is that double standard?
I was offered this hotel as an alternative because my original choice was fully booked, having stayed 3 nights at this fantastic hotel I am glad that my first choice was not available, my executive room was huge and well furnished I will return in the future although lobby security need to take some lessons in customer care!!!

Perfect stay, excellent overall. Good Location near Subway-Station. Recommend this hotel absolutely. I stayed in many other hotels in Bangkok, Emerald is one of the best I have stayed.
