I stayed in the Wing Tower (new wing), which was supposed to be nice, clean and new. Condition of room was very average, wall had blood/mud stains, duvet when overturned also had disturbing stains. Room switches for tv,clock and aircon were spoilt. Room temp never fell below 24 deg C. Poor telephone skills from the operator, they often hung up the phone before I was done asking them and had to repeatedly call back. Many taxi drivers had no idea where the hotel was, even when provided with the map card given....breakfast selection was pitiful.

This hotel has two wings. Due to the aids 2004 convention most hotels in BKK were fully booked, so had to stay in the old wing of this hotel which was a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. Smelly, dirty carpets and rooms that need a complete redue. Not sure how they could build a new wing and leave the old in such a bad state. I'm sure some of the money could have been used to update the old rooms also. The location is fine and only a 5 min drive to the main business area. Would not stay again, much better hotels around. Make sure there is nothing going on in BKK if you haven't pre-booked as you might be given this hotel.

We found our stay in this hotel an excellent location to all shopping. Shopping at the Pratunam market and Tokyu mall a walking distance from the hotel. We got excellent service from the staff and found them very courteous. I just have one comment about the cleanliness of the room. Shower curtains and the windows were really dirty. Hopefully management would look into this.

I agree the hotel is exellently located and is also in walking distance to the skytrain station from where you can get to many tourist attractions and shopping centres.

An excellently located hotel, directly next to the Pratunam market and in walking distance to other shopping areas of Bangkok. The hotel has two wings. The new wing has spacious, well furnished rooms. Excellent, friendly service. Only disadvantage: The hotel gets very busy at times.
