The only positive thing about the hotel...
The only positive thing about the hotel is its centeral location. The rooms are dirty, furniture is old. There are badbugs. The bathroom is dirty and old too. The lady in the tourist information desk was very rude contrary to the Thai people who are smiling and kind all the time. We loved Bangkok but First Hotel was a nightmare. In the middle of the night we woke up with noises coming from the aisle and other rooms. There was no silence and peace in the hotel.

This is a nice hotell for its...
This is a nice hotell for its price. It is situated close to skytrain and central bangkok. For its price and location it is hard to beat. The safe-deposit system where you can add your own lock really gives you a sense of security!

Everething was enjoyable exept some problems with a cleaning service. Left money twice with a request to suplly some fruits and both times my request has been ignored but money disappeared...

after reading so many negative reviews about...
after reading so many negative reviews about the hotel, i did not carry high hope when i visit the hotel. the only gd point about the hotel is its location. most of the major shopping centres are within walking distance. the hotel rooms were not clean at all. the carpet floor in the rooms were dirty. the room my fren got had bed bugs! at night, when we jus came back from our shopping, we saw a rat running along the corridor. A BIG FAT RAT! my goodness. i will not recommend anyone to this hotel even if they are on a budget.

I am happy with the location of...
I am happy with the location of the hotel , walking distance to sky-train station and shopping mall. Counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxi services arranged by the hotel are very fair in price. Breakfast is satisfactory Overall,Value for money.

Bed Bugs everywhere!!! Not the first time...
Bed Bugs everywhere!!! Not the first time this Hotel have such a problem. It's seems like they don't care about guests being bitten. This is not the first time we got bitten by bed bugs at this Hotel. In fact, if you look at the Hotel's guests review, they always had this bed bugs problem and it seems like they never solve it at all!!

Hotel location is alright if you would...
Hotel location is alright if you would like to go to Platinum mall, Pratunam and situated near shopping centres. However, the cleanliness of the bedrooms are really compromised. The first room we were allocated had bed bugs in them, and we found a cockroach in the bathroom! However it was commendable that the hotel staff allocated us another room quite efficiently - thank goodness it was cleaner and without any bugs or roaches. Recommended to bring some disinfectants if you would to stay here.

Except for the a bit run down...
Except for the a bit run down of furnitures in the room and the dimness of the corridor, overall the services and room facilities are quite good. If only the hotel is brightly lit, the whole place will be filled with brightness and live. Another thing to add is the bath towels are not thorougly cleaned, white towel is not white towel at all!.
