Overall, the hotel is fine. Tower wing...
Overall, the hotel is fine. Tower wing is a better choice. Bathroom hot water is not in good condition especially in the early morning. Whole day unable to adjust the temperature. Try to believe. Hotel staffs service is a goner.....if you just need a place to stay...then is fine.

We didnt expect anything from a 2...
We didnt expect anything from a 2 or 3 star hotel but the least they could do is have a clean bed. The 1st day when we checked in, we found food under the blanket. The bed caused itchness. The next very day, my friend realised, they had bed bugs!! Bugs were crawling. On that same day, my whole body & hand started to itch very badly. My back, hand & tummy had lots of marks. My friend insist to just sleep on the bed and later, the bed had blood, he was bleeding. I cant imagine i slept on it the 1st day! It was my 1st holiday and a nightmare! I was so disappointed and angry but i didnt make a huge fuss, I asked them to change the bedsheet, still the bed bugs were there. We had to sleep in the toilet!!! And oh, do not use the internet there too, without any alert, they will just lock the computer few minutes before the actual time & you are unable to logout from whatever you are doing (msn etc - you will still hear message received alert). It's very bad. I'm the least fussy customer yet I'm unhappy. Stay away.

WE HAVE BEEN BANGKOK MANY TIME AND FOUND THIS HOTEL IS DISASTER. MY DAUGHTER ASK FOR SMALL MEDICAL PLASTER FROM HOTEL RECEPTION THEY ASK ME TO GO AND BUY FROM OUT SIDE. THERE ARE MANY PROBLEM BUT NO POINT EXPLAIN TO YOU. BEST THING IS WE MUST AVOID GOING THIS KIND OF HOTEL. THANKS TISSERA

For the room price, excellent location to...
For the room price, excellent location to whatever you want to do in Bangkok. Need to improve in Breakfast servings (varieties), service level of some staff (it helps if you speak to the right person...things get done) and general cleanliness of room (bed bugs & ants).

I have been to this hotel 3...
I have been to this hotel 3 times and the service gets worse every time, it started off ok. The rooms are nice and clean, also they are quite large. They have serveral western TV channels but reception is quite bad sometimes. The food and drinks are very expensive for this type of hotel (cheaper at the four star hotel I know prefer to stay at). Overall this is a ok hotel in a ok location but there is better hotels for the money in Bangkok.

I've stayed at this hotel several times...
I've stayed at this hotel several times now. Hotel staff actually recognised me upon check-in and welcomed my return. First Hotel's value for money, considering the hotel is situated in a good location - within walking distance to MBK, Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market and train station etc. Nice service from the chambermaids too. The only bad thing is, you gotta be careful of bedbugs. Some preventive measure on your own would be good.

It is a very old and uncomfortable hotel, many children playing around in the corridor, even in mid-night still very noisy. The staffs seem get use to it, they will not stop the children making noise. I asked the staff at the internet corner to confirm the ticket for me, after confirmed they told me that they will charge me for 100B, I wondered that they should tell me before they confirmed the tickets and not after. So I asked the front desk about the charge and the answer is they will not charge me for this service. So I believed the staff at the internet counter are not honest. The location is good, near skytrain, this is the only merit. I will absolutely never stay in this hotel again.

My friend recommended me this hotel as...
My friend recommended me this hotel as it is easily accessible by roads and BTS, and near to shopping centres. The single room with two beds is quite spacious, facilities are good too. The heater is working well, aircon temperature adjustable, staff are friendly and approachable. I am quite happy with the stay. Could have enjoyed a more comfortable stay if not for the bed-bugged beds. Pls do some cleaning up on the beds. Thanks!

Well, checked in with not high expectations as I read many negative review about the hotel. Double surprise! Asked for 1000 Baht deposit and when I agreed, I was upgraded instantly to a Deluxe Room. My experience was OK as I mainly spent two nights while I was in meetings during the day time. Most of the negative comments perhaps came from those who do not realise how cheap the hotel was and there is a limit to which you can expect perfection at such a budget price. Well, I would say, if you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel, it is not for you. If you have a family with kids, think a bit before you book. If you are alone like me and only want a peaceful sleep, go for it. The people there are not rude, they are just too busy and are therefore unable to help individually and adequately.

My experience with the first room we...
My experience with the first room we got was not nice (room in the " Main wing" ). The AC was very noisy en the people around also. A lot of Indian people stood in the hotel en they were in my point of view " very brute" and noisy in the nighttime. The hotel has to pay more attention to this problem. The "Main wing" needs a overall renovation. The second day i asked for a upgrade to the "Tower wing", and there its much more better. So let it be clear that i never want to have a room in the "Main wing" again.
