Reasonably located almost opposite Pantip Plaza where...
Reasonably located almost opposite Pantip Plaza where you can buy all manner of electronics and mobile phones. Short walk to BTS SkyTrain. Close to Pratunam for cheap clothes shopping. Beware of taxis that hang around outside, always better to get moving taxi and insist on the meter unless you want to pay double + International buffet breakfast good.

Room was Ok, and cleaning the room...
Room was Ok, and cleaning the room was also great. but one of bathroom facilities, shower, needs change. It looks so old..water pressure was weak when I compare to other hotels. Except these things,everything was great. Thanks. -sungmin, from Korea-

Rooms: Spacious enough for 3 of us...
Rooms: Spacious enough for 3 of us but the extra bed is very hard, therefore my husband has to squeeze in the same bed as me. Luckily the twin bed is big enough for both of us. Service: The housekeeping service is quite good and efficient. The staffs at the reception are quite helpful too. Breakfast: Not much varieties. Should improve on the quality and quantity Location: Great. Walking distance to both Skytrain and Platinum Mall & Pratunum Market. Transportation: Don take the taxi service/tuktuk in front of hotel. They will take you to tourists factory outlets such jewellery, thai silk,which are a waste of time. Remarks: Will stay there again cuz there is quite a good massage salon at a short walking distance from hotel. Hopefully we can get back the same room again in future.

Staying at the tower wing: 28th Sep 2006 - 02 Oct 2006 Hotel appearance: Overall it's looks acceptable.Just a little dim and old. Service: Good. Fast and prompt Bedroom: we have a total of 6 rooms unfortunately 2 rooms were very very bad. There were BEDBUGS!!! and it's not 1 but many.. my daughter and i have got bites from the bedbugs and it's confirmed bedbugs. Toilet: Clean but it's pretty old, wooden door slightly chipped off. Corridor: Lights too dim. Breakfast: Absolutely bad and it's the same everyday. Accessiblity: Good and convenient. No worries Recommend ppl who are on budget to stay in the hotel, i find that it's really not bad - do not compare it with other 5star hotel. Just that you have to becareful of the bedbugs. * near to alot of hawker centres, fastfood, (burger king, pizza, A&W, noodle house) and pratunam centre to shop. Below the hotel there is a massage palour. (2 shops) quite good.. Take the massage palour beside the hair salon. Look for Oink. ADVISE: Do not take the taxis in front of the hotel!!! Bring insect repellant. Thailand has lots of mosquitoes. (big ones) Learn abit of thai, the ppl will be nicer to you Hope this helps.

location is ok for the price paid....
location is ok for the price paid. but i must say that the hotel staff hardly speak any English and they weren't of much help when we complained to them about Housekeeping knocking on our door at 5am. The supposedly Housekeeping guy kept knocking at 5am and insisted it was "morning call" despite us telling them we did not request for this service. My husband practically has to shout at him to go away. It was kind of scary for us and the kids were rudely awakened too. Also we found it strange that he had to knock instead of ringing us even if we did request! Also the latch(safety lock) was not functioning and the front desk couldn't understand what we were trying to say, after several attempts, we gave up!

This hotel is rather old. I book...
This hotel is rather old. I book a normal room but condition is very bad and feels weird so we upgraded ourselves to the delux room which is not too bad. But if you pay for the price of a deluxe room i think you can get a better hotel near by.

This time round we got a room...
This time round we got a room which is perfectly clean and very new. Furthermore it's facing the pool. Breakfast is differentiated between the Muslim and the non-Muslim. I found this hotel is always upgrading itself. Keep up the good work!
