the hotel is excellent for location if you are here on business .room and food quality are good .always stay in the tower wing as the old wing is smely and damp .as for the front desk reception..after checking out I had to come back from an hours drive because the receptionist did not take my money .for the stay even after reminding her that I wanted a receipt ,her words were no as you have booked by an agent asianrooms....and checked out acordingly .....only to be asked to come back by the taxi driver that was taking me to pattaya.....I say get rid of that girl sooner than later ......

Another Great Stay

This was my second stay at first hotel in several weeks [this time with my Thai partner] and as usual the service and hospitality we experienced was excellent. This hotels location is great for myriad shopping experiences [300m to pantip Center], bus and cab transport and also very close to the Skytrain station. We will certainly stay again in the future.

The location is quite good as it is near the airport citylink and Ratchathewi BTs station. It is also within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam Market. MBK and Central are also within the vicinity. Despite the good location, the hotel is quite old. It is very obvious in the room carpet and bathroom. The room is also dark as it doesn't have adequate lighting. Our booking included buffet breakfast, which wasn't bad. There are a lot of Indians and Muslims staying at the hotel, as there is an Indian restaurant in the hotel and right outside.

if you want to stay here you...

if you want to stay here you may try the tower wing not the main wing. maybe the rooms there are better than the main wing. the only best on this hotel is the location which is near BTS (ratchathewi) and shopping area. pool is clean. better if use of sauna is free.

if you pay the half price, the...

if you pay the half price, the room is really cheap. otherwise, if you pay the price displayed without promotion, it is expensive. the room is good but old mostly the bathroom. the swimming pool is good and clean. you can borrow towels free. the breakfast is the best ! it's very, very hearty. you can eat as you can. they are different buffets very good. there is no noise, it's quite. you can sleep very well.

I would suggest the barth room facilities...

I would suggest the barth room facilities to be increased to the standed leval,i have noticed the barth towels are very dirty and smelly and in the room no facilities for hang any cloths so if you concider of the above matter you mey gain in business.
