We arrived at First House Hotel on...
We arrived at First House Hotel on Sunday evening (March 5, 2006) about 09.30 AM, and I think we enjoyed stay there.
But I want complain about a Receptionist attitude who is duty in front desk when we first time to check in. That man is very rough or arrogant. We are very-very unconvenience because he like policeman and no smile.
“Where your passport”, “Put your passport each in the desk”, Please sign all of you (six person) in the application” , “Your credit card for deposits for extra bed” etc.
I was shocked with his attitude and service. Because before Bangkok we went to Singapore (3 days) dan Kualalumpur (3 days), no deposits for extra bed and only 1 sign needed at the hotel application in that country, so I truly angry with him. He was treated us likes terrorist or thiefs. I think he is not compatible or suitable as a hotel receptionist.
When we watch the Cabaret Show in Bangkok, the artist/singer say that Bangkok, the land of smile, the land of fund. But according to my opinion, Bangkok is nice for fun and sight seeing but not for shopping and communication. Because in three days at Bangkok we not found smile, at the shop/store, at the hotel etc.
Thank’s for your attention.
