2nd stay this year as always the...
2nd stay this year as always the atmosphere is always bustling around this hotel the location is good everything u need less than 10min walk axcept BTS(ratchadewi is 20min)but there's always something interesting to look at on your way there at least up to Gaysorn anyway,would probably stay again as i like location,they could overhaul the rooms to improve the place but i doubt this will happen in near future,overall,reasonable but definitely could improve.

First House Hotel was excellent for a 2 star hotel. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a bit crowded and noisy, but interesting.

This is our third time visiting Bangkok...
This is our third time visiting Bangkok and we always stay at First House Hotel. We just love this place. Staff are friendly, courteous and honest. The area is perfect for shopping, good food, massage, etc. We'll definitely go back soon.

Central location..  Our room was in some...
Central location..  Our room was in some seperate part of the hotel (adjoining building) and didn't seem as nice as the main building..   Quite good value for money though compared to other hotels in the area..

I was enjoy hotel the neighborhood shopping area is bustling with activity. Hotel's staff is very good & friendly, but I was dissatisfaction with room's small window.

This the 2nd time I stayed there..the...
This the 2nd time I stayed there..the service has improved but it still can be better..must be the feedback! However, this time, the bed I got was horrible, it was hard as wood!! Overall, my stay was good..Definately will return due to the fantastic location and good price...

No, I did not steal a TV...
No, I did not steal a TV set and was not happy I had to leave 1500 baht room deposit at check-in time, whilst the room was pre-paid. Staff was otherwise friendly and excellent breakfast buffet, but rooms were substandard.I will not return here.

  Overall good for that price. Location is good but not very well-known by taxis and tuk-tuk. If you have a cell-phone, call the hotel at the airport and let the taxi driver speak to the receptionist for the location. Also becareful with the mineral water in their fridge. It's no more complimentary. I got charged cos they didn't have their hotel tag on. I didn't touch any though, so wasn't pleased at all.

Location is great (right in the heart...
Location is great (right in the heart of Pratunam), but difficult for cab drivers to locate the hotel as it is located along the small lanes. The counter staff is not very helpful and the room smells bad.

the counter clerks are not friendly.also the old lady at the tourist information is very greedy.  she cahrged me 50baht for a single telephone call to confirm my flight. but the cleaning lady on the 1oth floor is friendly.  low water pressure in the morning. location is good.
