Before staying at this hotel, I read many comments on the website and sounded less favourable. However, the location of the hotel really good for people wana go to pathunam shopping...Dun expect too much on this hotel but it would be your choice if you are budget travelers and your attention is at Phatunam.

Best thing about this hotel is the...
Best thing about this hotel is the location if you are big time shoppers. Yet difficult to find food during evening to night. For hotel facilities and amenities, it provides basic services and it's a quite old hotel yet it's ok considering the cost you pay. What it lacks are Breakfast, TV & Bathroom. Same breakfasts all day and after 2nd day, you will get bored with it. TV is not getting a clear broadcast. Bathroom does not have toothbrush/paste. Overall, it is quite ok for budget hotels.

the cleanliness is terrible. the bed of Room...
the cleanliness is terrible. the bed of Room 2701 that i stay recent trip is full of insect (cootie) . it make me sick and my whole body is itch. when i ask for some medicine from the staff. you know what is the answer from him? "you can go buy it from 7 eleven store". the next day my body is allergy.i I will not stay in this hotel again.

Overall, It's a 'not-so-bad' hotel for budget travellers. What you pay is what you get. These are my comments and evaluations for the hotel. Excellent - nothing Good - Sucurity, accessiblity Average - Facilities, service, cleaniness Poor - No complimentary drinking water, response of room service

the hotel is good. also considering the price the value for money are well worth it. the size of rooms and cleanliness is ok. the breakfast is buffet , hotel resto food is okey . hotel location is very nice aLSO for shopping. and money changer across the hotel offer a very good rates for exchange. im satisfied during my stay, especialy if you really want to shop coz the shops are very near to the hotel very accessible and convenient . the staff are okey. i wud recommend this hotel and would still come back to this hotel if i visit bangkok again...

very nice location if u come to bangkok for shopping, good value for money, easy to get taxi or tuk-tuk, helpful staff, but poor English. (there's a nice old granny greeting us every morning in front of rest.) Tiny bathroom, beds are very hard (i mean really like a rock), boring breakfast, but overall if u are young shopaholic travelers its a nice place to stay!

Location very near to shopping district. Just 10 mins walk to central world. 15 mins to Paragon. A good place for budget traveller. But room not facilited with 3 leg plug, request to have an extension plug for my 3 leg handphone charger, is rejected. If plan to stay in this hotel, must buy those chargers or stuff with 2 leg plug. Air-cond cannot adjust the temporature. In the mid-night will feel very cold and no choice to switch off the air-cond. Breakfast not very well, the food not taste good. If don't mind to pay for breakfast, can have some nice food outsite.

Good value so long as booked over the net but certainly not worth 1700 baht which is what I was told the rack rate was.Good for shopping location wise but not much else
