Excellent value for money. Great size room, excellent service with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet good but could be better. Downside to this hotel was its distance from shopping areas such as Siam and Silom. Taxis are cheap though, but takes time if traffic is busy (which is most of the time).
Would recommend to anyone and will probably stay again another time.

Frontdesk staffs is not friendly at all! Room and location is ideal for ppls buying wholesale items from sumpeng and those perfer to stay in Chinatown.
Bellboys are very friendly and helpful.
Good location to Chinatown and the sights...
Good location to Chinatown and the sights around the Royal Palace. If you're only in Bangkok to shop then stay at a hotel nearer Siam Square or Silom Road.
The rooms are good and we were upgraded to a suite on the 2nd visit.
Really good value and the sundeck on floor 21 has great views over the city.

We book two rooms, stay two nights during chinese new year day, we are very happy with the service, the location is excellence, just right beside the shopping street, the breakfast selection is great and tasty, furniture in the rooms a little bit too old, time to refurbish, room size is ok but bathroom size is a bit small. We are regular visitor to Bangkok and we most likely will stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was accommodating. All staff except for reception was very helpful and friendly. Reception seemed inexperienced and had difficulty understanding English. Otherwise, not a bad hotel.

Very good location in China Town, only a few minutes walking from the river. Friendly staff, perfect service but not warm. Staying 6 nights in this hotel, people at the reception and in the restaurant still did not recognize me at the end of my stay!
