Was not impressed with the reception staff...
Was not impressed with the reception staff at this hotel at all, very unhelpful and when we asked if we would be able to get a taxi at 5.30am said they did not know. You can always get a taxi in Bangkok and the hotel charged us an outrageous 600 baht for their limousine (!!!).
There were tiny insects all over the bathroom and in the safety deposit box.
I do not recommend staying in China town as there is not much there, just visit to see it and get out of there.
The only good things to say about the hotel was the revolving restaurant at the top which served nice food with friendly staff and the gym was reasonable.
To top it all off the staff claimed that our reservation was only for 1 night instead of the booked two and made us pay 2,000 baht for the priviledge!!!! of staying there for the second night. (we only stayed the two nights because we arrived late the first night and had an early morning flight after the second night).

The rooms are clean and comfortable although a little old. Overall hotel service is good. Staff are friendly and helpful I will certainly stay here again if I want to be in Chinatown or nearby.

Good value for money. Excellent location to walk around the Chinatown area. Situated at end of chinatown and at junction intersection away from traffic congestion. Cheap delicious seafood. Lots to see, smell and experience. Definitely one of the better hotels in chinatown bkk.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but just wasn't as friendly or comfortable as the Lotus in Chiang Mai. The room was extremely small, and none of the taxi drivers seemed to have heard of it. The location was good for the Grand Palace, but not for any nightlife, or the night market.

Location Location Location - Best in Bangkok !!! Close to everything worth seeing in Bangkok, yet set in the heart of Chinatown. Great staff, clean, comfortable rooms and an awesome breakfast buffet! Best value in Bangkok. We will stay again next summer.
