Service was poor, we requested for rooms side by side and they nodded to agree. When we went up to check out the rooms they were located on two different wings! When we called the they merely said no more rooms,fully booked. they should not have agreed to give us two rooms side by side when we requested for it then tell us a different story later on. We hopped on the lift with the bell boy who was carrying Others luggages in a trolley.when we arrived on the 5th floor, we alighted the lift to allow him more space to exit. He did not hold on to the door when he left and the lift went up without us! on the 3rd day, we all returned to realize that our cards denied our access into the room. We had to take the lift down to change our cards. The receptionist reply was that we had placed our cards together with our credit cards. How can that be so if we did not even carry our wallets or credit card out with us? How can it be possible that all 4cards had the same problem? I think that if an honest mistake was made, they should just apologize and not find excuses. Internet was not free and we had to pay even though I saw that we were given 5hours free wifi per day. They said that because we enjoyed 10% discount on our room,we were not entitled to free wifi or breakfast. Overall, despite the good location. I would rather stay at other hotels.
