"One of the pools was fenced off..."
One of the pools was fenced off for children. The babysitters were excellent and convenient to hire -as they were housekeepers. Fun location and sumptuous lobby. Buffet breakfast was very good. Sun film was peeling off window -the only flaw I can think of. Maybe keep the pool open after 7 PM.

"All aspects of the service and facilities..."
All aspects of the service and facilities at the Imperial Queens Park met my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

"I would never ever stay at this..."
I would never ever stay at this hotel again. On checking in we were allocated a room on the 28th floor. After unpacking we were visited by my wife's brother and family. My 5 year
old son and his 2 year old and 7 year old cousin were playing on the floor near the window until such time as we intended going out for a meal. After approximately an hour my wife noticed that where the children were playing there was a floor level window that was not only unlocked but open. I still go cold at the thought of it. How management can allocate a 28th floor room with a floor level unlocked window to a couple with a young child just beggars belief. It is just criminally irresponsible. We requested a non smoking room which was allocated and also requested a king size bed but ended up with 2 single beds. I appreciate there is no guarantees but in a hotel of 1300 rooms considered this to be poor. The breakfasts were mediocre. They seemed to be predominantly aimed at the Asian market and the choice and cooking of Western style food left a lot to be desired particularly after the excellent breakfasts we had enjoyed at our Samui hotel. The rooms, apart from the windows, were pretty bog standard and were well maintained by the staff who, as one would expect from the Thai people, were friendly and helpful. The location is very good. But my abiding memory of this hotel is my boy standing next to an open window with a sheer 28 floor drop. Never ever again.

"Having been to Bangkok many times this..."
Having been to Bangkok many times this was our first time at the Imperial Queens and it was marvelous. Great location right next to the sky train. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff. The staff couldn't do enough for us and our 8 year old daughter. Will definately be going back.

"Overall, a fantastic stay. We arrived in..."
Overall, a fantastic stay. We arrived in the early evening and the on duty manager was able to upgrade to premium when the rooms we were in was not adjoining as we booked two rooms
and it was a smoking room. Breakfast buffet was great, a little more variety over the ten days would have been nice though. A little disheartening that you have to pay extra to use the fitness facilities. Having the park next to the hotel a big plus as many sports activities to take part in. Water pressure was good, a must for me. Facilities were quite nice. Staff very helpful and multilingual for the most part. It seemed as though the info we requested through Asia rooms was not relayed to the hotel as far as the types of rooms we requested ie...adjoining, non-smoking etc... Very close to BTS skytrain and many places to eat nearby. The hotel was like an oasis after a long day of shopping and trekking around Bangkok. A pretty decent value for the $$. We plan to stay there again.

"This is the first time I have..."
This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it will certainly not be the last. I have stayed at a number of higher priced hotels in the vicinity and this is
equal to if not better than all. The location is great, forget about the "Hello...welcome...massage" when walking down the street, that is all part of Bangkok. There are some great restaurants and bars in the area and it is close to BTS and the underground. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly, (even with the Royal Princess visiting on the day and having a Farang walking on the red carpet). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Everything was perfect, apart from a small leak in the bathroom - promptly attended to by the staff.
Good value for the traveller who desires a high level of comfort at a reasonable price.

"When in Bangkok I always stay at..."
When in Bangkok I always stay at the Imperial Queens Park as it is an excellent hotel with a great location. The reception and communal areas are well kept and the facilities are very good
and up to date, however the rooms are now looking very tired and out of date and in need of updating but apart from that a great hotel!

"A grand old 5-star hotel in Sukhumvit..."
A grand old 5-star hotel in Sukhumvit area which is now down to 4-star. You get most of what you expect at this hotel, the room is just nice and location is great, just off
to the park and an ok walking distance to BTS train station. It may not nice around the front of the hotel where it has many red-light bars and when the park is closed, you need to walk quite far from the BTS station. I also need to pay 250 Bath for using a fitness per day, which is rather annoying. Breakfast is just perfect and service is fine. Just summary it's a fine hotel if you need to stay in that area, most likely suitable for busienss travellers, not for luxurious hunger.

"I am using this hotel quite many..."
I am using this hotel quite many times since I was living in Thailand as a business manager. I am familiar with this hotel and feeling it as my home. The hotel check in system
already recorded me as one of VIP. I am glad that I could have a better price through your system. This is suggestion to you. If you will provide some special discounting system for repeater users or any milage point system to your system user, you will promote your business more. As you have all your user data in your system you may make such kind system adding on current system.
