My sister and I stayed 2 nights...
My sister and I stayed 2 nights at the Indra Regent on a stopover on the way back from Europe to Australia. The room was nice and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was okay but had not been updated in a while. We had an awesome massage and facial in the beautiful new Spa which contrasted with the very old fashioned and run down beauty parlour where we had manicures and pedicures. Would have been good if there was another Thai restaurant in the hotel as we were unable to eat at the Sala Thai because I am a vegetarian and they only have one set menu. The breakfast looked good - but actually tasted quite bad. Overall it was a nice place to stay with my sister but unfortunately I would not stay there with my young child as the facilities are not very child friendly.

The Indra Regent came highly recommended by a friend of ours and for good reason. The hotel itself and the service my wife and I received were both nothing short of exceptional. In hindsight, our only regret was that on our first stopover in Bangkok, this hotel was booked out, so we had to find somewhere else to stay.

I was shocked at the state of this hotel and the photos on the internet did not give an up to date true reflection of this hotel. The staff were no friendly and it had an old dusty musty smell, that was even before we went upstairs! The hall carpets are in bad shape and it smells terrible. The rooms are in a drastic need of renovation. The linen is a old shade of grey instead of white, the towels are threadbare and old and the room had a funny smell. The mattresses are so old that they are dented in. I was travelling with 2 other couples and all 3 rooms left much to be desired. I paid much more than our fantastic hotel in Phuket. The breakfast room was disgusting, old and dirty looking. I have stayed in better youth hostels in my earlier days of travelling. The front desk confirmed they are a 4 star hotel.......they must of stollen 2 as there is no way this hotel is more than 2 stars. It was the longest 3 nights on my 14 day holiday and were worried we would catch something in the beds!

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews on Asiarooms.com at first i was worried because many of the people who reviewed said that the room is old, smelly etc. But i went ahead with the booking.
Although the room is really a little old but it's is acceptable. At least the rooms are kinda big and make the stay more comfortable.
Service was excellent there. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, room service staffs are very efficient and did a good job in cleaning up the room.
Location wise, definately very convenient.
Breakfast was okay, if i need to pay for the breakfast i probably will think it is quite bad but since it's free i think they are pretty okay.
I will definately stay at Indra Regent on my next trip!

Everything is fair compare to the price, only the breakfast.
The breakfast is okay for someone who stay 1 nite only. More than 1 nite, the second day will be boring on the same menu. The choices is not as many as the other hotel surround Indra Regent.
I think, in this trip, this hotel give us a very bad choices of breakfast menu.
I was booked in a junior suite...
I was booked in a junior suite but the room provided was no way a suite....it was a normal room. If they call that a suite room they are bonkers. The room and bathroom was dirty, front desk check-in personnels were not friendly and the traffic in front of the hotel was horrendous. Mostly bulk shoppers from Pratunam stay at this location so they are not looking for much class, I presume. Even the breakfast was awful and was in a non a/c open area with terrible service. Nothing positive to say about my stay. Kindly choose other hotels if you value my comments.

This is my second stay at Indra Regent,value for money especially budget traveller,good location as it's located at a walking distance to Central World and others shopping centre.Room is spacious and clean.

I booked 3 rooms with Asiarooms.My whole family liked the location. Its makes shopping a convenience for us.(around the pratumun area) The rooms are clean and i love the pool. The manager is nice enough to allow us to have late check out to 330pm for one of the rooms as our flight is at 7. The breakfast is slightly average above. Will definitely stay there again!
