Found the hotel to be well located...
Found the hotel to be well located and have all the amenities I required. The breakfast buffet was wonderfully delicious and great value. My only negative comment is that when I fell extremely ill although the front desk help me call a doctor& book an extra night, they were less than helpful by not providing me with dry crackers (even though I had paid and not attended breakfast)and promptly locked my out of my room & lifts when I went to find some for myself! Not impressed. Otherwise, a top hotel.

This hotel is very central if you want to do some shopping as there are plenty of cheap stalls around the hotel and shops underneath the hotel. This part of Bangkok is very dusty and streets are in poor condition. Best to take a tut tut if you want to get about. Food was good and it was o.k for an overnite stop but wouldn't rush back.

Very happy with our stay at the Indra, the location was perfect especially since it was our first time in Bangkok. Brilliant markets and shopping centres nearby to fill in the days and an abundance of taxis available to take you a bit further away for the nightlife. I would recommend visiting Khao San Rd (taxi) for a bit of nightlife and atmosphere.

THE HOTEL IS OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT OFFERS. THE LOCATION IS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT, LONG WAY TO SKY TRAIN OR THE METRO AND IF YOU TAKE A TAXI YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH TERRIBLE TRAFFIC JAM AROUND THE PRATUNUM AREA. THE ROOM IS SMALL AND POORLY FURNISHED, WORSE OF ALL IT SMELLED.

The Jr. Suite that we were given was poorly lit. The breakfast buffet needs improvement. On the whole I was more impressed with Baiyoke Suite down the road which is of much more value than this hotel.

This was by far the best hotel...
This was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my visit to BKK, Thailand. The facility was clean, the staff was kind, the bed, pillows & sheets were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the area for dining was a pretty patio set outside. There's a great shopping center right next door - it was a good ushering in from the states to a country I wasn't familiar with. I felt very safe here, as well, which was important since I was a female traveling by myself. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this place!!!
