Superb hotel and service was excellent. Only comment is the carpets on the lower bedroom levels are rather stained from being old but not dirty.
The Friday night seafood banquet was scrumptious.
By far the best hotel in Bangkok, my 4th vist to the city and 1st to this hotel... everything from the building to the service is out of this world, thank you for making last leg of my holiday so great :)
A perfect place to stay with a good location and close to BTS station. The only set back is the charge for in-room internet access which is a rip off. Many hotels offer wireless connection in rooms for free. This is the only reason we may choose another hotel next time when we have business in Bkk. To use the wireless connection in the lobby is somewhat inconvenient when you are working. For a week end holiday without work it can be highly recommended.
First I got a room without a good sight outside the window. But without problems I can change in a highfloor-room to have a greatfull sight over bangkok sukkumvit.
All together I had 6 wonderfull days in the hotel. I never will forget in my life.
We had a very nice room on the 21st floor with views over the city. That particular room (we paid for an upgrade) provided a complimentary breakfast as well as a dedicated penthouse lounge and happy hour (free drinks and buffet).
The hotel has all the facilities that you would expect and the service and food were both 5 star. A real bonus was the adjacent skytrain station which, if you saw Bangkok traffic made life much easier.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the service excellent and the staff friendly. It is situated perfectly within easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and sky train. Fabulous.
