The staff has been well trained and adhere to standards....there is always someone on hand at the door ready to welcome you and are available to answer any questions that you may have.
Usually when one books through the internet for other hotels, one is treated like a second-class citizen.....not here....I was offered a late check-out at no charge and had a quiet non-smoking room with a king-sized bed, as requested.
The room was clean, with outdated furniture but well maintained. The bathroom was beautiful, with lovely marble finishing and a separate bath and shower.
The location was perfect, just steps to the sky train.
Breakfast was OK, although I was relegated to the coffee shop but not the Atrium as promised upon check-in.
The fruit bowl delivered later in the day was appreciated but it would have been nice to have received a newspaper the next morning (other rooms had them hanging on the doorknob).
All in all, an excellent visit....I will return.
