Have been coming to Thailand for many years now, and this was our first stay at this hotel, but definitely not the last. Upon our arrival we were given an upgrade to a fantastic room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was lovely, and the pool area was also very nice with a very attentive staff. Only little minus was, that the remote to the TV did not work unless you stood right in front of it. We asked to have the battery changed, but that did not solve the problem. This was only a minor thing though to a very delightful experience. We shall be coming back to this hotel next year.
