Comfortable and nice size rooms. Not much...
Comfortable and nice size rooms. Not much of a view but it's no big deal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a little ways from the main Silom area but the rates are worth a few more minutes of walking. By cab it's near to the highway which makes for easy access to all parts of the city.

Years ago I had visited this hotel's restaurant for a nice meal. The place was bubbling and crowded. This time it was empty due I guess to the economic situation. We felt we were the only ones in this large hotel. All employees were very helpful and cheerful. We live for the past 23 years in Pattaya and visit Bangkok frequently and try each time when we stay overnight to use another hotel. Asia Rooms does a good job for us.

Customer service was very friendly, no objections there. It is quite near to Silom so it's a plus on the location, and a train station is within walking distance. Breakfast is good and has variety. The only thing I didn't like was that the door to the bathroom was busted. Overall, it's an ok value.

The hotel has seen grander days but I really liked it. Great location, easy to access all parts of the city. 100m from subway. Basic but good sized clean rooms. A good breakfast included. Staff and service excellent. Excellent value for money. I am a regular visit Bangkok on business and choose to stay at the Mandarin for all the baove reasons.

mandarin Hotel has a creteria of good hotel. It is near Mrt subway Hua lamhong, From this station we can take the mrt to visit areas in Bangkok . All the taxi drivers knows the hotel in rd. rama !X. the room rate the breakfast is good. We used to stay this hotel when we visit Bangkok.
Unfortunately the mandarin Hotel was burnt down, we were replace to another hotel called Forum park Hotel. It is quiet hotel and far from shopping centre.The hotel is good to rest. All taxi drivers is very difficult to find the hotel. The staff
is helpful and the bell boy Tanansak is a willing worker. It maybe difficult for new visitor to Bangkok
