I am a regular guest with varying experiences! I stayed there twice in the last fortnight. When I arrived first, I had to change the room three times in a row because of either wrong bedding configuration or an unbearingly noisy airconditioner and the third time a jack hammer working away five meters from my window on the construction site next door. My second stay was faultless. It's a hit and miss with the Manhattan, staff is helpful if they can. Rooms look tired but are quite big, aircon can't be adjusted. Breakfast is great. After considering the nightly rate, it's good value with a great location, having both the Skytrain and the Subway very near.
