Positive - Good reception & breakfast room. Friendly...
Positive - Good reception & breakfast room. Friendly Staff. Negative - Small slightly run down rooms, very small bathroom - needs decorating. lots of off metre taxi drivers outside giving you hassle.

We needed a room in this location...
We needed a room in this location to be able to pick up airline tickets from a nearby agency. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. This place is great value for money, and complemented the end of a lovely 6 month trip in thailand. Great varity at breakfast following a prompt wakeup call at half five. Breakfast starts at 6 am, which is good if you have an early flight as we did. Nice small swimming pool and bar and good internet service. I would stay here again, and i would recommend that you do too.

The location of this hotel is great,...
The location of this hotel is great, and the staff is very pleasant. The hotel itself is nothing great, but it is clean and the price of rooms is very reasonable. The rooms are very basic, no safe in the room, but they are adequate. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good, but gets crowded early in the morning and sometimes you have to wait to get certain items. This was my second time staying here and I am sure I will stay there again when the need arises.

Bathroom created problems for me. I arrived late at night, was not pleased to find a non-functioning shower and tap which dripped all night. Too tired to raise a fuss after midnight though. Speedy service in the morning from front desk when complaint voiced which was appreciated. Corridors seemed very noisy with people talking loudly all hours of the night. View of adjacent building not fantastic but I guess you can't have everything. Staff were polite and helpful, the room was quite nice and everything else was pretty OK. As a budget hotel I think it was reasonable value.

Not bad for a budget hotel, i...
Not bad for a budget hotel, i choose this hotel solely for the reason it said it was close to Patpong Night market. In fact it was about a 20-25 minute walk, which wasn't a problem but i was expecting it to be practically on its doorstep. I've read reviews which give negative reviews on the cleanliness but i thought it was absolutely fine.

Bad location. Far from city centre. Meter-using taxi are not allowed to enter the hotel vicinity. Taxi were controlled by hotel management.We're forced to pay more for the same taxi service. I will not stay there again.
