Nice Place to Relax
If you want a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy the facilities, this is the place for you. Away from the city crowd, but yet not too far to travel. Taxi ride from hotel to city costs less the 100Bahts. Hotel also provide free shutter boat ride to a train station.
However, there is nothing much to do in the hotel during the night. Lobby lounge closes before midnight and nothing much to do around the hotel.

Excellent service and attention by the friendly professional staff on welcome, with answering questions during the stay and also on check-out. I was given a room with a great view of the river too. Complimentary breakfast on the riverside was extensive with choice of Japanese, Thai, Indian and Western- you probably need to stay for more than one night to enjoy it all. Only difficulties were accessing wifi which apparently was not free, and free internet terminals did not access email or airline sites, which I needed. Outdoor pool was large and clean, and shallow so good for children.

the 4th visit
Although booked fro 6 nights I had to cut short my stay to two nights due to family bereavement. The delight of this hotel is its position on the river front and the small ferrry that takes you to the main public ferry point and Skystation. All staff were courteous, helpful and seemed to be enjoying their work. My only compaint would be the high cost of telephone calls - because of my circumstances I had to use the hotel system and received a bill for USD320 for a 29 minute call.

Excellent service!
While we stayed only two nights, I must say the staff were excellent. They were all professional and provided excellent service. The boat shuttle to the Thaksin Bridge Pier was quite reliable and allowed us to easily access the Skytrain and travel throughout the city with ease.

An excellent hotel. We had a suite...
An excellent hotel. We had a suite which was huge and very comfortable. Very professional staff. Great breakfast on terrace overlooking Chao Praya River. The downside was that the hotel is a little far from the main shopping areas but this meant there was less hustle and bustle and the shuttle boat service to Central Pier was excellent. We did enjoy a tasty Indian meal right next door but did not find many other restaurants nearby.

Overall a very good choice. A nice...
Overall a very good choice. A nice place to stay in for holidays. Although not near to BTS, frequent shuttle boat to/from hotel to nearest BTS station takes about 10 mins ride. An enjoyable ride anyway.

Nothing was too much trouble for the...
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were well trained, experienced, spoke good English, and were very friendly. The hotel was well located by the river and was very well furnished and provided excellent facilities. The breakfast was great, and catered for all tastes. It was nice having breakfast by the river on the terrace. My only negative comment was the price of food and drinks at the various outlets, which in my opinion was too expensive. I see no justification for charging 160 baht for a small beer which is then subject to various taxes. However overall our stay there for three nights was very good and we hope to return again soon
