I had a great stay at the montien riverside hotel, the shuttle busses were particularly good and everything was well organised. daily sheet changes and new towels every 5 minutes (it seamed) was very efficient, so much so, i have booked to go back again!

Our stay was a wonderful experience, the hotel and all the staff we wonderful and very attentive. The room was very good as was the bathroom. The breakfast was a very good quality and lots of choices to be made, the evening meal we had was very good. Booking through this website is the best way for a good rate for this quality hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay at Montien Riverside and would have no problem with staying there again.
Great hotel room on the 24th floor...
Great hotel room on the 24th floor with view on the river. Very friendly staff. Breakfast food is very good (we only had breakfast). Very peacefull hotel. During our stay in Thailand we visited 7 hotels/resorts. This one was the best one. We will stay in the Montien hotel again on our next visit to Bangkok. The only concern is that the hotel is relatively isolated from everything else: some taxi drivers seem to have problem finding it. Overall it was a great experience.

well, we just spent 3 weeks in thailand and we started our trip by staying at the montien riverside hotel, and it was just wonderful. The service, the food and the facilities are fantastic. We had a really good time there. One bad note, it's a little far from the town center but the river boat is a very fun way to travel from the hotel to the main touristic places. We will go back there again without any doubt.

The staff at this hotel are superb and probably spoil you for the rest of your visit if you are going outside of Bangkok. The hotel itself offers a taste of luxury with reasonable access to other areas of the city - via road or river. Food is excellent and the entertainment is of a high standard. Return every "Wai" and your back will never have been more exercised. Return every smile and you will never have felt so welcome. Go there, try it, have a nice day.

We stayed at the Montien Riverside in November 2004. We found it to be a very nice hotel - rooms were a decent size and very clean. The food in the hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite far from the centre of Bangkok, however, the hotel has a free shuttle bus which was very easy to use.

Best value I ever have had in the past! Nice and friendly staff, very clean and luxury rooms - round about that kind of hotel I ever would choose again at my next stay in Bangkok. Maybe they could add more local Asian dishes to breakfast buffet?!?

Breakfast could be improved in food quality and - above all, in service : the use of fresh flowers and tissue made napkins and table cloth is recommended: it is unbelievable the use of paper ones in such a class hotel!
A coffee-maker in the room would have been welcomed, as well as a water mixer in the shower.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast very good, the attention was incredible, every body very kind and helpful. The only remark will be that even thought the management provide a useful shuttle to downtown is very far and limit your activities. If you are staying for few days, that is something to consider.
