This was our second stay at the Montien Riverside and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning and always a changing scene, if you have time to spare you can watch the river and the boats on it for ages, very relaxing.
The staff at all levels were always very couteous, efficient and extremely helpful. The facilites were marvellous along with the breakfast which had a vast array of dishes that would suit any taste. The gym and fitness centre were great, very good equipment, but remember your gym shoes, I didn't and could not get in.
The only downside is the location, nothing outside the hotel to walk around, but shuttle bus and taxi's are readily available. This can also be an upside as you escape the madness of Bangkok and the hotel becomes a haven.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting it again.
