Great sized room. Wifi not so good in room but excellent throughout common areas of hotel. Pool big and clean. Reception/checkin area big and efficient.

Just what is needed.
Clean tidy hotel in business area....Breakfast was the best of my holiday and i stayed in 3 different hotels... Would stay again when i go back...

Good value for price. Big breakfast with normal variety. Just one thing to criticise: in the corridors are many cars from the cleaning staff, and long time!

Suggestions
the rooms are clean. however the breakfast lacks variety. we stayed 4 nights and each day the breakfast spread is the same. i suggest instead of pork organs porridge every morning, perhaps the hotel can change to noodle soup or other types of porridge (eg. plain porridge with pickles etc), so there is a variety. include local fruits like the rambutans, guava etc

awesome place , v well located and great staff
stayed there for 4 days and had an awesome time..room was nice and clean, loo was medium sized but just fine..breakfast spread was really good.. very well located and close to siam paragon(shopping paradise) and sky train is just 5 minutes walking...would love to stay there again:)

Narai hotel more likes a 3 star hotel to me. But the counter staff are friendly, I can arrange check out at 5.00 pm

We were upset that we were ot...
We were upset that we were ot informed about the renovations. Also upset that we did book on line but when we tried to book further days we were told the price would be higher and to find a computer and rebook . Computer sites were not working after 3 days and then we again paid more. Very disappointing for someone who has stayed there each year for past 5 years. Also asked for a bath on first three days and now given . Also not been told about the air conditioning been off for 4 hours till we were on the floor was diappointing. Taxi people from hotel charged us 400bt for first trip to airport and then second time wnated 900 bt. This is not honests We like staying there but you need to be consistent with people and again with the renovations maybe give some comlimenty vouchers or something.or discount? regards Mr Neale Perkins

Since I last stayed at Narai it has gone down. Bath water was brown and breakfast the same evereyday and bland
