Service:
Polite staffs but not too proficient in English. Rooms are well made and comfy. Restocks complimentary mineral water.
Room:
Okay for two person but same size as hotel that charges half the room rate. No complimentary coffee/tea nor kettle(probably can request from room service). As it doesnt need card to activate the power, we can make ice in the fridge. In-room safe available.
Cable TV available, though only Discovery channel appeals to us.
Toilet:
Some problem with our flush as it take quite a while to finish flushing. The shower is nice and strong, with easy to adjust hot shower. Bath tub is average size. Small toilet though. Hairdryer available.
Cleanliness:
No complains. They did a good job.
Meals:
Complimentary buffet breakfast is very limited in variety as compared to other hotels in Bangkok/Thailand that I have stayed in, even though they charged a lower rate. Breakfast was average.
Their buffet dinner at 430Baht per pax on the other hand has a huge variety of food.
Location:
10-15mins walk to Chong Nonsi BTS. Not good idea to drag a trolley bag though as path is uneven. Within walking distance to Silom night life.
Facilities:
Nice pool and average gym facilities. Pool is popular with families (not very big so we gave it a miss) but no one uses the gym though (not sure why).
Overall:
Nice hotel to stay in given the cleanliness. But not good value for money,
especially not for budget travellers. I don't regret trying out this hotel, but I won't stay here again as they lack the draw factor.
