The staff are polite, rooms are clean...
The staff are polite, rooms are clean and neat. Excellent location! Highly recommended to all travellers as it's great value for money. There is night market nearby and further down are the shopping malls. Do note that the skytrain station is not as near we it seems, it's about a 12 to 15-minute walk away. But nonetheless, fantastic!

I truly enjoyed this hotel. Quite a few staff spoke English. The location is excellent. The staff were helpful. The night market is on the Silom Road, which made it fun shopping after dinner. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety. The rooms was not as small as most Asian hotel rooms. Very Very clean. I will stay there next year as I plan to travel to Bangkok again. I love the feeling of being Secure. Security Excellent.

We have been at Narai for 6...
We have been at Narai for 6 nights, and we have no complains at all.We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was good and in a wider choice than in other hotels. The room was clean and big, the people from the staff were kind and nice.

This Hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great, with eggs cooked to your requirements and many choices of differnet food, definately it would cater for any taste. The buffet dinner (all you can eat)at one of the hotel Restaurants is great value for 400 bht per person with once again choices of all different cuisines. All the facilities in the hotel are as advertised, if not better. The only down side for some people would be that it is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the closest BTS Sky Train (Chong Nonsi)and about 15 minutes walk to the Patpong night markets, but it is quick and easy to get a TaxiMeter out front of the Hotel. We stayed in a Standard room and is excellant value for money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great hotel at a reasonable price.

This has got to be one of...
This has got to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in Bangkok. I stayed here about 4 years ago and since then they have upgraded the room furniture, carpets and completely refitted the bathrooms. We were very pleased with the hotel in all ways. The buffet breakfast is brilliant and even the buffet lunch and dinner is really well worth while and very good value for money. Only downside is that to reach the BTS skytrain you need to cross two major roads, which is exciting if not dangerous!

The rooms are rather old, not up...
The rooms are rather old, not up to what I have excepted from the info I have gotten from hotel's main website. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable, accept that we were given a room opposite of the chamber's maid store room. Not a comfortable sight, when both doors are widely open in the morning while the chamber maids does their duty. Facilities, service & breakfast are fairly good.

This is my 3rd time stay in...
This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel, very friendly people and service with smile, the hotel has improved alot, the excellent breakfast and dinner with lots of chioce better than many other hotel that I has been stay. I will stay this hotel again and again.
