Ist impressions-not great. It was late when we arrived, the place was in complete darkness and it just didnt look good. But when we got it it was much better. The room was big, bathroom nice but bit on the small side. The food was excellent. I was most impressed. We had breakfast there every morning. It catered for everybodys tastes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got late check out on our last day and it cos 1500 bht, which was expensive as we only paid 2500bht for the room per night. It is only a short taxi drive to mbk, siam square & Center - All the shopping places really.

Wife and i both loved the place,the...
Wife and i both loved the place,the staff were so friendly.The breakfast was worth getting up for started at 6am-10am.The pool area was both clean and well decked with sun beds,also pool bar and towels.Two skytrain stations with in easy walking, if we go back to Bangkok we will be booking again, Phil& dawn

The bathroom was a bit small and...
The bathroom was a bit small and disappointing, but otherwise the room and hotel were great; the dining options at the hotel and nearby are also excellent.

The Narai is an excellent hotel, safe...
The Narai is an excellent hotel, safe and secure with outstanding staff and very good facilities. Its location in the pleasant, tree-lined Silom Road places the Narai close to a number of facilities, shops and transport that any tourist would find important for their stay in Bangkok. Recoommended

The place is great, better than we...
The place is great, better than we expected. Although a bit old, but the room & bathroom are clean and quite spacious. Location wise, it is quite close to BTS (around 10 minutes walk). Breakfast is more than decent, although pretty much the same everyday but lot of things to choose.

Stayed there twice. The rooms...
Stayed there twice. The rooms were significantly different. Was on the 10th floor, it was O.K.. Then the next time, the 9th and it was much nicer. As everyone says, great breakfast. Very close to shopping and what not. Quiet, good room, and for the price, it cannot be beat! I'd recommend it to anyone.

Narai is a good value overall and...
Narai is a good value overall and satisfies all of my needs for a quiet, centrally located place to stay. It is comfortable and the main attraction is the buffet breakfast that is included with the price of the room.

I can recommend this Hotel for those...
I can recommend this Hotel for those who need to stay in the center of Bangkok. Sex Tourism is relatively low and the location was great for me. To the BTS skytrain however you'll need a 15 min walk. After sweating wet there is a good chance to catch a mega-cold due to the skytrains aircon which to simlpy too cold! The room was not new but ok - the hotel has atmosphere - the included breakfast ist super! Safe on the room. For those who like to visit Patpong (30 min walk) there are closer and better locations to stay. One thing which bothered me: the aircon in the rooms is NOT ajustable. We had to get up at night and turn the aircon off and then on again.
