Mediocre offering
The hotel is located at the end of Soi 11, which is rather far away from the main road but right next to the hotel is an alley that leads to Soi 3 which is a nice shortcut.
The rooms are small but at first glance everything looks new and modern but when you look closer more wear and tear is visible.
For example the bed sheets weren't as white as they were supposed to be.
The cleaning service is good though, they seem to be cleaning throughout the day.
Upsides:
[+] Friendly staff, good security
[+] Elevator is outside, quick access to the room
[+] Internet WiFi available in room, but v. expensive (the 2 hour deal is for your whole stay, and must be used up at once).
[+] Good selection of cable TV, easy to use safe and good shower.
Downsides:
[-] Pool is tiny and useless
[-] Weird tiny window in the room
[-] Internet is expensive and has to be used up in one go.
[-] Location might be inconvenient for some.
[-] Could have been cleaner
