My 3rd stay at the Novotel Lotus...
My 3rd stay at the Novotel Lotus and its still great value, good size room and the breakfast is plentiful.

Great location. Within a short walk...
Great location. Within a short walk to Emporium mall and skytrain station. The downside is the room we stayed in was really old and tired looking. Once we stepped out of the elevator onto the floor our room was on, we were hit with a strong musty odor. Our room looked like it hadn't been upgraded in 15-20 years. I am mixed about whether the hotel is good for families as there seems to be a fair amount of sex tourism that goes on relative to other BKK hotels.

Good hotel with great location (the skytrain...
Good hotel with great location (the skytrain station is at 5 minute walking distance) and facilities. Breakfast is really kingsize. Pool is medium sized but very well maintained. Hotel staff is very curteous. Shall definately recommend this hotel to people visiting Bangkok.

Fantastic location in sukhumvit, the hall has...
Fantastic location in sukhumvit, the hall has an atmosphere tipical south asian the reception service is absolutely perfect, I appreciated the professionality and the courtesy of the staff. The room is very clean and functional even if a little bit dated, I'd suggest to put handles in the bathtube. Breakfast is superb! I'm not exagerating. Hope to come back again!

The location of the hotel was good...
The location of the hotel was good (walking distance to BTS station).Many restaurants and pubs around the hotel area making it convenience to hang out. Room size was good for twin sharing and bathroom was clean. Will consider staying at the hotel on the next visit.

Ideally located near to the Sky Train...
Ideally located near to the Sky Train which makes getting around the city very easy. Also near to large shopping malls and many good restaurants if you want to eat out of the hotel. Excellent restaurants (particularly breakfast), very attentive and courteous staff. Our room was huge and very quiet. Good sized pool which is safe for children. Only facility not available was currency exchange but there are plenty of ATMs in the vicinity.

Even though I only slept 2 nites,...
Even though I only slept 2 nites, you made me feel very welcome, the service was excellent and I will definalty be staying again, but I will be back with my family. The hotel is very highly decorated and would suite any person who wants sophistication, I have told everyone I know

I had a reasonable experience at this...
I had a reasonable experience at this hotel - This time I was in BKK only for one night. The hotel looks little dated, but the room was fine. The staff was good and polite and breakfast was fine. The air con was on full blast on all public areas and for me it was absolutely too cold, I had to wrap myself on a blanket for the breakfast! The Sky train is very close and so is the Emporium shopping centre.The rates at the Novotel Lotus are reasonable, the hotel is okay for a short visit.
