Excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Only minutes to Sky Train a big plus. Non-smoking rooms that really were free of smoke smell! The wife and I have stayed at many Bangkok hotels over the last 8 years, and we both agree this has been our favorite.

The hotel is centrally located and close by to the nearest skytram which made access to different places quite easy. The room was big and the bathroom was great. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that it took them a long time to have our room ready otherwise will visit this place again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Lotus. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room and bathroom sizes adequate and clean(be ready for hard Thai mattress!) Location was quiet and my request for a room on a high floor with king size bed and non-smoking was honoured. Would recommend for those on a budget and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in the Novotel Lotus for four nights from the 25th December 2005 and found it a very good alround hotel,the staff were friendly and helpful,the facilities are good,the rooms clean and the breakfast was outstanding,i booked a room with a double bed but got a room with two single beds but when i asked reception to change rooms the staff could not have been more helpful and i was given a different room staight away,the location is good as it is close to the skytrain and Sukhumvit road which means taxi's are easy to find and cheap,i would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again as i have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and this is one of the better one's,a true Thai hospitality friendly hotel,

Many of the taxi drivers did not know how to reach the hotel.

This was the best hotel value we stayed at in Thailand. Very clean, great location, price was great. Room included buffet breakfast (normally 500 bahts extra). Breakfast buffet was unreal-everything from eggs to sushi and everything in between (lasagna, stir fry, fruit, pastry). It was close to skytrain stop.
