overall an excellent hotel in terms if location, service and room.but had a terrible shock to find a hotel of this class do not have a simple tea making equipments and lack of a master control beside the bed. else enjoyed my stay there, will be back definitely. to end off, a great b'fast with changing varieties daily => at least when i was there :)

The renovated rooms were great and the fruit and dessert served everyday were a special touch which we truly appreciated (since we were a honeymoon couple). However, I was on the 15th floor while my family was on the 7th. Their rooms were very drabby and there wasn't even a kettle they could use to boil water! A 5-star hotel without a kettle? Absurd. No doubt the hotel was undergoing renovations, but this should not compromise the comfort of the guests who are staying on the floors that have not been renovated. However I must commend the hotel for providing a service and ambience that was a totally different world from the lower floors. : )

This is the 3rd year I have stayed at the Novotel Siam Square. The renovations are just about complete although you hear some construction noise during the daytime which is to be expected until they finish renovating. I had a room on the 16th floor (above the smog) and the room was immaculately clean and nicely furnished. The maid service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner meals offer a wide selection of food and you can have either buffet or table service. The staff and management personnel are courteous and helpful and most of them understand and speak English. The location is within 5 minute walking distance of numerous shops, department stores and the BTS overhead train. There is also a disco in the lower level of the hotel. I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends.

I appreciate Novotel Siam Square for its luxe and simplicity at the same time. This pool-house in the town center permits to relax between two tours. The disco of the hotel, its entairtment and the hability to meet thai people are great! I'll come back again....

The newly renovated rooms at 18th Floor were great! However, the pool and gym needs serious face lift and upgrading. Overall stay was GOOD.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel siam square very much. Bkk is always amazing! I expected an ordinary room becos i m sure the arrangement between Novotel and voyage is for old and ordinary rooms since the price is promotional but the frontdesk gave me a newly renovated room on high floor at floor 17. I will sure to stay at novotel again the next time i go Bkk and i am sure to book through voyage again, provided the internet price is very attractive, of course!

Good location, walking distance to the shopping centres & skytrain. The rooms are clean & well-equipped. The service is extremely good. I am totally impressed with their service. They are very helpful & efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.
