I was happy and enjoy stay at PP hotel, the only thing to improve is the Breakfast menu.
Great Service
Stayed there on behalf of some advice from a friend, couldn't be happier. For a standalone hotel with no Starwood / Accor backing it is well their competition and if not superior. We had great service, the managers and staff were very attentive and always helpful. Would return with no concern for considering other hotels first.
Good location and spacious rooms
I booked 2 Delux rooms for our family of 2 adults and 4 young children from 19 to 23 Oct at Pathumwan Princess Hotel. Each room is spacious and it even has space to fit in a large bathroom.
Most importantly for us with young children is the location. It is next to MBK and has direct access via the groundfloor hotel lobby or from the 2nd floor to the said mall. Hence, whenever the kids got a little tired from the shopping at MBK, it was very easy for us to get back to our rooms for a rest.

The Princess
Stay here made us girls feel like princesses, the stay was comfortable, clean and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a lovely stay and would return there next time we visit Bangkok. The hotel is in the best location, we didnt have fair to walk from shops to room.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights , it was my second time at the hotel and always enjoy our stay. reccomend it to everyone its close to MBK and the rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly.

On our last stay in November 2009 we received a free upgrade to a Delux room. This time we booked the Delux because of the extra size, facilities and deal through Asiarooms. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and again the range and quality would please everyone. Location is excellent for shopping with direct connection the MBK Centre and a short distance to the Pa too Namm Market which are both open 7 days from 10am.

We were attended by a service staff who check us in at 12 noon though official check in time is after 2pm.
This is the 1st time I encountered that she even brought us to our room & showed us the various facilties the hotel catered.
Marvellous hosptiality !!
Only issues faced is that I requested for a king size bed but we were checked into 2 single bed.
