Hotel Review
The room was comfortable for the three of us. However, I need to follow up with the Room Service regarding the complimentary drinking water and tissues. As for the laundry, the form says your laundry will be delivered back in the evening, but it took another 24 hours to get it and have to follow up with the Reception Area several times in order to get back my laundry. The TV should be changed to a bigger size and better brand. The people at the reception area is not Customer Friendly which they should be.

Poor receptionists
The hotel and food are nice but one thing disgusting are the receptionists. They dont know how to communicate with the guests as they can hardly speak English. They are not friendy and not concern with the guests either.

True Value for Money
The Pinnacle Lumpini continues to impress with a good quality of accommodation and service for the cost, which is very reasonable. I was surprised at how quiet my fourth floor room was - no traffic noise and no noise from other rooms either. I had one of the less expensive 'standard' rooms and it was more than adequate - roomy, bright, clean, well furnished and well cared for by housekeeping. The buffet breakfast offers many choices and is served in a bright and friendly dining room. It would be hard to find a better place than the Pinnacle Lumpini for the cost involved. Highly recommended!

im grossen und ganzen waren wir mit dem hotel zufrieden. das gilt allerdings nicht fuer das angebotene fruehstueck. in jeder beziehung mangelhaft.

Good value but hotel needs refurbished
Pinnacle Hotel has seen better days. Rooms are good size but bathrooms, TV and general appearance are showing their age. Location is good near Lumpinee MRT and 5 mins on MRT to Silom. Breakfast menu was excellent as was the overall standard of food. With a facelift this hotel would certainly do well.

Value for Money
I have stayed many times at the Pinnacle and find it excellent value for money. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice. It is close to Lumpini MRT station. It is also just off the Express Way, so is easily accessible by car and has ample parking

Upgrade of rooms needed
The type of the rooms for the rate given to asiarooms.com was not to my satisfaction, needed an upgrade which cost me 600 bucks extra per day. This hotel should be rated as two star only, not as published.
