stay fm 09-15/08/2008 at 2 bedroom suite..very clean.
Although one of the room only hv a queen size bed and we have a group of 4 guys. Location is no convienance traffic jam all around that place. Also 5min walk fm receiption to our htl room as we are on tower D. Overall, nice for Big family group.
The hotel was very big. Too big and not logical. Because most of the lights were out during the evening we felt like Jack Nicholson in The Shining walking around in the large lobby of the hotel. Not a pleasant feeling.
The best part of this hotel is the room size.. really spacious. Location isn't that great considering the heavy traffic around and the distance from popular localities like MBK etc.
The room service needs to be improved..the bathroom does not provide toothbrush, u don't get new soap everyday, not even a box of tissue paper in the room.
The breakfast spread was kinda boring.
Overall acceptable.
The hotel facility is nice and good. The location is also nice, because it is near the traditional market.
However, since I got the D tower, it's quite confusing. I have to move from another tower just in order to get my breakfast.
There are also so many conference room, so then I have to get through so many people whenever I reach to my room.
But the worst is many hotel attendants can't speak english. :(

Thank you for your hospitality. Meals, amenities is good and staff very helpful. The only inconvenience we had was catching taxis consistently. Would be easier if the Sky Train was within walking distance from the hotel. Maybe a hotel shuttle bus route to the sky train would rectify inconveniences.
