Electrical outlet next to the bed non-functioning, carpet lifting, floor lamp non-functioning. Poor customer service on arrival. The person that checked us in left us to sit at the waiting area for over 45 minutes. We were told it would take about 15 more mintues to prepare our room; we received our room key only after we inquired about out lengthy wait. The omlette maker at the breakfast buffet clearly had a cold and was sneezing on the ingredients and was wiping his nose with his sleeves! I would not consider this a 4 star hotel.
Bathroom and bed clean though. But probably would not stay here again.
