We had a comfortable and enjoable stay except for a couple of things:
We stayed at the hotel from Nov 22 - Nov 25, and came back nine days later on Dec 04 after a vacation trip to Phuket.
When we checked out and left the hotel on Nov 25, I forgot an item in the room. I didn't realize this until the next day. But since we were returning to the hotel about a week later, I expected everything to work out.
When we checked in again on Dec 04, I informed about the item I forgot on Nov 25 also stating the roomnumber we had during the stay, and expected that it had been taken care of by Lost and Found. So I must admit that I was really disapointed when they informed me that "no item was found in the room"! There is no doubt that I left the item behind in the room upon checkout, and a guest should be able to get forgotten items back!
In addition to this, the hotel had no information registered on our special requests regarding roomtype, no-smoking room, bedtype etc. This I also find dissapointing since I made the requests when booking the room.
