Rembrandt Hotel
I think the Rembrandt was quite average for the price I paid. The breakfast was great and the room was nice but nothing to fancy. The customer service I found quite rude and not very helpful. I wouldn't stay there again

Executive Double Room
Our room was end of a short spur on Floor 22 and was fully glazed on one side and end. Comfortable and, most importantly, quiet, with no intrusive street noise which can be a Bangkok problem. Fully equipped bathroom with all necessary toiletries. The flat screen TV was 'letterbox' view type which I dislike as it compresses people vertically, the colour rendering too was poor (Panasonic). Its fixed location at 90 degrees to the bed meant that watching TV was best done from the provided chairs albeit at 45 degrees! Maid service was especially swift and discreet. The control panel for lighting includes 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Make up Room' buttons. I switched the latter ON when we went to breakfast and the room was serviced by the time we returned an hour later. Breakfast (International Buffet) can be taken on the 1st Floor Coffee Shop or in the Executive Lounge on the 24th Floor which is also the location of the Executive Check-in desk. The breakfast is not as extensive as the 1st floor but includes eggs, breads and fruits etc served by the staff. Access via the elevators required your room cardkey to be used. This often didn't work and I spent much time going up and down top to bottom . The card only works on one of the possible four positions but even following the arrow often did not work. Computers! I drove there and used the hotel multi-storey car park. No charge to residents but get your parking ticket stamped by reception before leaving.

Second stay in this hotels executive floors in two weeks. Service of loungestaff excellent , friendly and helpful. Only one remark , on one of the days we had to request new towels and toiletpaper, room was still not made up at 16.00.

Decent hotel
Stayed at this hotel several times. Its a decent hotel, nice lounge on executive floors and very helpful staff there. Restaurants very good , especially the Italian on 4th floor. Rooms a little on the small side but adequate. SPA is very good value for money, treatments and ambience wonderful

Christmas & New Year Stay
The location of the hotel is good for getting around and has plenty going on in the Sukhumvit area. Plenty of shopping malls within easy reach and trains to get you within easy reach of tourist places like the temples and river.
Our stay was in an executive room which was good and always kept clean. One complaint was the dress code for the executive lounge was not enforced with men in singlets (vests) and flip flops and at times it was like a kindergarden with lots of children which we did not expect in the executive lounge. The breakfast in the executive lounge was excellent but was exactly the same every day and suggest management changing the menu at least every two or three days.
Other than that we had a very good holiday. We put no to staying again only because of the points mentioned about the executive lounge. If staying in an executive room again for a long stay we would maybe look elswhere in the same area.

Good location and nice accommodation, but with...
Good location and nice accommodation, but with some rooms for improvements. The hotel was about 10 mins leisurely walk to Asok BTS/Sukhumvit MRT, and hotel provides complimentary tuk tuk service to the main road from the hotel. However, most people seem to choose to walk, as the tuk tuks are not always on standby. The room was spacious and clean with good views, but had some problems with TV sets (sometimes the room's main switch had to be rebooted in order to turn it on, due to its connectivity with the hotel's central computer), and the air conditioner did not work very well (it was cooler in the corridor even though the temperature setting in the room was at its minimum). The room had a dvd player, but it could not be played on the TV screen. The instruction provided by the hotel seemed outdated since the hotel connected the TV sets to its central computer. The gym was fairly small, but had new'ish equipments. However, when I was trying to use the gym, it was going through a minor renovation (putting up blinds on the glass walls of the gym), so only a half of the equipments were available for use, but I quickly gave up on them because of the dust created by the renovation work. Why they haven't thought about doing such a minor renovation outside operating hours is a mystery - a bit of thinking from the management might have helped. The hotel's accommodation was generally nice, but minor problems mentioned above did not leave me with such a nice experience. May be it was a bad timing etc for me, but with so many other good hotels to choose from in Bangkok, I might try a different one on my next visit.
