I think 3/5 would be a more appropriate rating on my stay. I chose the Sukhothai becauase of its design, its rating and its swimming pool. I really do not have any basic complains apart from the fact that the room was a bit worn down, some stains on fabric, furniture with scratches etc. The service was also very good. However, the hotal had chosen to perform maintenance work the exact days when I was staying there. Information about this came to evening before they started and it was very disturbance was significant. We were not offered anything for this - rather we were almost not informed. I find that unacceptable for a hotel with this rating and standing. So overall, I was a little disappointed even though it is difficult to rate it lower based on the individual factors.
