I have stayed at this hotel many times before, when it was the Tower Inn Hotel. With the name change there appears to be some cosmetic changes but the hotel is largely the same. With it's eclectic range of guests, this hotel is always interesting! Enjoyed and breakfasts, though they really ought to extend the hours of service. The rooftop pool is nice, though at times the lounge chairs can be in short supply.
When we checked in at 14:00, our room was not yet available- after a long trip it was not good news. They then gave us a different room and 10 minutes later we could go to our assigned room. This was not completely clean, and we had to wait in the room while housekeeping prepared the room for us.
Besides this, excellent hotel, great location, and we would definitely stay here again.
Absolutlety perfect. we stayed on the 17 floor in a huge one bedroom apartment, needed a bit of freshening up but was perfect for our needs with our son, our friend had a suite on the 12a floor and it had been refubished, it was great, the staff left you alone, were there is you needed them, the breakfast was great, location fab and views terriffic, ill be back for sure.
This hotel quoted a deluxe room but was very disappointing. The room needed updating and refurbishing, as did the bathroom. Reception were unhelpful. The only value was the breakfast. To get to the Skytrain you had to travel down a very dark road which felt unsafe. The area was good for local amenities. Taxi drivers outside the hotel would pester you and charge way over the normal cost. Would not stay at this hotel again.
The place was worn out, particularly in the common hallway areas.
The room itself was large, but it stunk horribly of cigarettes. I asked for a non-smoking room and was told there aren't any, not that there weren't any. I was on the ninth floor and I got them to unlock the balcony door in order to get fresh air. This fact alone will prevent me from ever staying there again.
Also, the sheets were dirty.
I had very limited contact with the staff as it was only an overnight stay.
Great location - in walking distance to the river, Patpong markets and Silom shopping and close to Chong Nonsi Skyrain Station.
Friendly, co-operative staff, good breakfast, good facilities.
This is a great located hotel on the Silom Road, very close to the BTS railway and Patpong Market (Sala Deng station)(10 minutes to walk).
A hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast is not a big shot, but enought to start your day.
The hotelrooms are clean and huge, but need a renovation, because u can feel it a little dirty.
Good value for your money.
