i love unico and i come n stay every 2 months cos i come there 4 business. the staff is very good, the bell boys are very friendly n always helpful. especially vinay. i wish u shud hv points for regular cutomers so v wud hv a free stay after v finish certain amount of points decided by u guys. i hv recommended unico to al my friends who cum to bangkok. wish u al the best n u prosper more.
Hotel is old, but clean. The best part is the rooftop swimming pool and high floor gym to see city view. Very nice for those who wanna relax in the morning before shoppping/doing other activities from afternoon!
We always stay in this hotel when in Bangkok. Good location, the roof-top pool is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the breakfast buffe is good. No complaints what so ever.
Good location and nice roof top restaurant. Close to Patpong markets. Room was big but not very well presented. Quite old decoration and walls peeling. Bathroom was very small and sofa was old and dirty.
Apart from my friend getting Food poisioning from the food in the hotel everything was ok, the pictures are a little diff to what you get when you actualy get to the hotel, we had the junior suite which is supposed to be the best room but wasnt all that amazing really, expected nicer. location was fine for shopping etc which is what we went to do in bangkok.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, when it was the Tower Inn Hotel. With the name change there appears to be some cosmetic changes but the hotel is largely the same. With it's eclectic range of guests, this hotel is always interesting! Enjoyed and breakfasts, though they really ought to extend the hours of service. The rooftop pool is nice, though at times the lounge chairs can be in short supply.
The room is bigger than i expect, breakfast is nice, location is perfect, service is good. I will stay back this hotel for my next trip to thailand because i actually book a executive room for me and my friend, and the hotel upgrade our room to junior suite for our honeymoon and we did not pay for any extra money. The sky garden restuarant food (Tom Yam Goong) is cheap and nice.
When we checked in at 14:00, our room was not yet available- after a long trip it was not good news. They then gave us a different room and 10 minutes later we could go to our assigned room. This was not completely clean, and we had to wait in the room while housekeeping prepared the room for us.
Besides this, excellent hotel, great location, and we would definitely stay here again.
