This was the 5th time we stayed...
This was the 5th time we stayed in Trang Hotel. The bathroom is not to our standard. The shower in is not handsfree. But for the rest the hotel is nice. The garden restaurant is nice and the breakfast was this time better then ever.

Terrible hotel in terrible place and rude...
Terrible hotel in terrible place and rude staff. Only good thing in this hotel was breakfast which was including lot of different choises and everyone could find something to eat.

The room was a big dissapointment, it is so much not like on the internet! They might have better rooms though. But the shower was firm and warm - its just that it is in the toilet block as well so everything gets wet. The breakfast was wonderful, nice outside and there is a nice pool. So that was worth it, and the price is low.

As we stayed in Trang hotel several...
As we stayed in Trang hotel several times because for us it has a good location. But ... the hotel needs refreshing urgently, the rooms are just the same as 5 years ago and can use some paint. The bathrooms need a complete cleaning. On their website it says they have wireless internet in the superior rooms. Internet is only available in the lobby for THb 100 for half an our. We booked and paid a superior room but there is not a single difference between a standard and a superior room. Maybe the only difference is that the standard rooms need to be refreshed even more urgently. We slept in 3 rooms in Trang hotel during the last month and they all need painting on walls and ceiling, varnish on the furniture and a total cleaning, because now they look old and durty.

Nice location. Main attractions are close, but...
Nice location. Main attractions are close, but the noisy Khao San Road far enough (within walking distance) to sleep well. The photos on the site should be old, as the rooms are not as smart as on these pictures. Anyway, it's worth the money.

Thanks for the great service shown to...
Thanks for the great service shown to me at the Trang Hotel, right from the Front Desk down to House Keeping & the service staff. My room was always ready on time,cleaned & the Bathroom very clean & always nice clean towels. Maybe they may concider adding hand towels in the bath room as they are very handy when just washing ur hands. The Resturant staff where very well trained & very attentive to there guests. Thought the costs where a bit high in the Resturant in the Hotel Lobby as I also heard other guest complain of the same thing, even saw some walk in & walk out after looking at the menu. Again thanks so very much for looking after me at the Trang would be back to stay agian soon.I did a lot of travelling in Thailand but always managed to book the Hotel thru AsiaRooms.com Your Brenda must be complemented on the excelent service,she gave me as I had some trouble with my Visa Card but always followed up to keep me informed of my bookings. Again many thanks to all.

My room was booked on the different...
My room was booked on the different date so that it took long time to heve been provided the room.I had a Thai friend with me so it was not so complicated ,though. Usually the reception was too crowded and service from staff was not quickly and prompt response.Nice people in reception but I heard the complaint from other customers as well... It was cheap so those services were acceptable I think. But I can not recommend this hotel to people who can not speak English.

We arrived at Bangkok airport and went...
We arrived at Bangkok airport and went to the Limousine Desk who were able to book us this hotel and also taxi to and from the hotel to the airport. We were placed in the old wing, carpets were stained, decor was shabby, it had a damp odour, furniture was missing! In hindsight we should have asked to be moved but we were tired and only there for 2 nights. The room we had was not in-keeping with the rest of the appearance of the lobby, restaurant or pool. all of which seemed to be of a fair standard. Also just a 15 minute stroll to the koah san road Maybe we were just unlucky but for the price I would neither recommend the hotel nor stay there again.
