We thought the hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I especially liked the omellette chef. We thought the location was good as well. Overall we liked the hotel.
Have stayed at the Zenith many times,would recommend this hotel to anyone.The pool on the roof is immaculate,as are the new rooms.Close to lots of nightlife and also the skytrain at nana.The food is great,bar is brilliant,the staff are very helpfull,we feel like we are at home and among friends at the zenith.
The hotel is well located on soi 3 near the Sukhumvit road - close to transport, shopping and entertainment,
The bathroom was a little run down and the buffet breakfast could have had more variety. Nevertheless, a good spot to stay in Bangkok for a few days.

Having recently undergone a refurbishment, the rooms are of an excellent standard. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Location is close to a Sky train station meaning it is easy to get round. Only negative comment is that whilst the hotel has a lovely rooftop swimming pool, the lack of sun beds meant unless you reserved one early, there was nowhere to relax.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The only set-backis the lack of high speed internet connection. I'll recommend to my colleagues when they come for business trips.
This was my fifth visit to the Zenith. The fact that I return so often is a fair indication of how I view the hotel.
The newly refurbished rooms are good value; the standard of service is excellent with the attitude of the staff really making a difference; the pool area with uniterrupted sunshine is excellent; breakfast is a pleasure - even when the hotel is full (which it frequently is) there seems lots of room and no queues; the location is good too - within easy walking distance of the Sukhumvit Road and the BTS.
My only worry about the hotel is that it will become too popular and I'll struggle to get a room!
Overall hotel was satisfactory, Bell boys not very helpful with the bags although they were friendly. People down stairs not very helpful when we needed a taxi either. Staff at the bar & in the restaurant were very friendly and kind in the evening. Rooms would be better when you finish your upgrade.

Business staff is not very efficient but if you do not need them, the other part of the hotel is good, gym ok, pool ok, well located.
