Stayed in Zenith many times for the past few years but this hotel is running south.
We asked for a late checkout. Had to pay the FULL hotel rate which was twice the rate we paid via the internet.
They promissed us the use of the shower room, but as we came back after a full day shopping the shower room was closed (nobody told us there was a close down time??!!) and there was nothing they could do for us. End of story for the frontdesk. 11 hours in a plain whithout a shower was our result.
Really bad performance of the frontdesk.
Rooms are very noisy and there is still renovation work going on (has been for at least 4 years now). Lot of Arabs in the hotel and they tend to be a little more noisy which one could hear very well through the walls and doors.
We also staid at the Dream hotel, just a few soi's further, and that was way better, though a little more expensive.
For us worth the money.
