Hotel is clean and well maintained, service was good, the staff extremely helpful, and the location is excellent (one has to put up with the heavy traffic in this area, but it is a short 3 - 4 block walk to rail and taxis that move relatively quick). The breakfast buffet while adequate, was always cold because no one put the warmers under the trays and was always the same, they never changed the rather limited menu. Upgrading the room was a waste of money (exact same room, just a different floor). All things considered, the great location made it desirable and the standard room is well worth the money. We will definitely use this hotel again and all our guests were very satisfied as well (We had 18 other people who came for our wedding and stayed here as well and since I had made their reservations, I was relieved to find that they were all satisfied. That is a major accomplishment in itself.).

Excellent staff, location, and service. Easy commute from airport, but due to construction at nearby hospital, it was very difficult to get into the hotel by auto. The last 3 blocks could be walked in much less time and was exactly what we did when we did not have luggage or a lot of packages.

Another good stay after returning from our xmas stay, It was a great breakfast buffett style- good variety, staff very friendly. Internet price appeared expensive, although on a whole good hotel, excellent cleanliness and excellent location for everything!

I am regular traveller to Bangkok, around 3 times a year. This is the first time I have stayed at Zenith and most likely will not be going to this hotel again. The location is less than ideal, with a distance from the skytrain station. The housekeeping is also not very good as the varied standards for each rooms. The hotel soap are not replaced everyday and for some rooms basic amenities such as kettle is also not provided. Breakfast is also limited in choice with the same fare being served everyday. With the amount paid, there are better choices out there.

Zenith Hotel is very good and conviniently located in the heart of Thiland. The service was very good. I will always stay with Zenith because it is not located where lots of "girl" around like NANA HOTEL....

hi, l been staying at Zenith hotel...
hi, l been staying at Zenith hotel for past 2 occasion. The reception staff were great and very helpful esp if you encounter room diffcuilites, unlike most other hotel where the staff are unfriendly, somtime hostile towards the guest.
Except which l hope they could be sometime work on double qucik time on certain helping or request asked by guest, as most time businessman like me, time is limit , and rushing for Appt.
Room are generally clear and up to standard.
Will definately come back again whenever visitng BKK.
Price is as well afforable.

Location of the hotel is convenient for getting around Bangkok by Skytrain (about 10 mins walk to either Nana or Ploenchit stations).
Rooms spacious and clean.
Breakfast - good selection and quality.
Our door lock batteries died during our stay but maintenance responded very quickly so little inconvenience to us.
For transport to airport get a metered taxi from outside rather than take the hotel taxi as this is very expensive.
Didn't use the pool - too busy shopping!
