Excellent value for money. We arrived at 6 am and we could check-in right away. Although check-out is noon we were offered a room to freshen up before our late night flight 23.45 pm.

They upgraded us to the Executive Floor,...
They upgraded us to the Executive Floor, and with the breakfast facilities that was very good. The rooms are clean and efficient. The check-in area is confusing, particularly since when we arrived they were handling some tour group that had come in from Phuket. Signage could have been better. Room rates are high compared to the hotels in the city, but that's the price you pay to avoid having to go into the city by taxi or limousine. It is a good airport hotel.

Very convenient for a stopover in Bangkok if you do not want to go into the town. A short airconditioned walk from arrivals and departures. Clean rooms and a very good restaurant.

Very good hotel if you?re just stopping over for a day or transit! Very convenient to airport! I recommend buying your orchids at hotel instead of airport (much cheaper), and their beef salad is delicious that?s if you can take spice food!!

It was super-convienent, which was the reason I chose it (arrived at Don Muang at 12:30am and had a morning flight at 7am). However, the room was damp and I had to fumble around to find the light switch - even with the key-card inserted. On my way out of Thailand, I had another overnight in Bangkok, but at another hotel which was much nicer at 1/3 the price.

Probably the best airport hotel I have ever experienced, with a choice of Asian and western restaurants, that unfortunately close by 10 p.m. However, the cafe has an extensive 24 hour buffet that keeps changing throughout the day.
The staff is extremely efficient and they manage to get your bags from the chaotic bag desk in a matter of minutes.
It can be a bit of a hike from the elevators to your room and the two elevators from the airport to the hotel are a bottleneck, continually clogged with tour groups moving large mounds of luggage.

Very good experience. We arrived at the hotel at 1am and departed at 8:30, so we appreciated that everything was handled in a quick, efficient and friendly manner without hassle or surprise. That's why we didn't mind the higher price - the hotel delivered on its promises. The buffet breakfast is OK, not great. Overall, we were quite satisfied.
One thing to note - the hotel connects to the international terminal, so getting to the domestic terminal will probably take another 20 minutes via the airport shuttle (including waiting time for the bus).
